What is a sale pack?
A sale pack, often called an information memorandum, is the document serious buyers receive once they have shown interest in a hospitality business. It explains what the business is, how it trades, what is included in the sale and why it is a good opportunity — and it is usually released only after the buyer signs a confidentiality agreement.
